Rainmaking Hiring for HR & Admin Specialist Job at Dubai Full Time

We’re looking to hire an HR & Administration Specialist at Rainmaking MENA to handle a combination of HR and Legal Administration tasks:

HR tasks:

• Employee Lifecycle Administration (recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, visa issuance, medical insurance, payroll, off-boarding, dispute resolution)
• Arrangement of team-building activities and social gatherings
• Support execution and planning of global events
• Ad-hoc office and calendar management.

Legal administration tasks:

• Monitor the operating entities’ compliance calendar and meet the documents submission deadlines
• Process documents such as trade licenses, lease renewals, attestation of documents and the likes in government and/or free zones offices
• Set up new entities (SPVs)
• Draft board resolutions, articles of associations, MOUs and NDAs
• Coordinate with our corporate partners’ teams for the company’s documents circulation and submission
• Liaise with internal and external legal compliance
• Support the MENA CEO through ad-hoc administrative needs

Requirements

• 2-6 years of HR and Legal Administration experience in the UAE & GCC
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good time management skills and ability to multitask
• Candidates with a background in international business and commercial law are encouraged to apply
