We are seeking a Process Lead – which requires an individual with a wide operational understanding, marrying process, policy and other documents with workflow and human interaction.
Fluent Arabic language skills are required
Very regular travel to a customer-site in Saudi Arabia will be required.
Responsibilities Identify the landscape for all support documentation
Undertake gap analysis
Identify and either create personally or commission from other resources the policies, processes and manuals needed to support release into service
Ensure that documentation is support of live operations (and preparation for service) is centrally stored, referenceable and able to be used in support of time to fix and other service operations
Take accountability for creating standards, operation manuals and co-ordinating the full spectrum of security, service and support documentation
Evaluate existing processes using interviews, workshops, document analysis, surveys, Kaizen Events, user scenarios, process maps, task and workflow analysis
Identify strengths and areas for process improvement, establishing links between business strategies and improvement initiatives
Provide leadership and expertise throughout the design and improvement of processes
Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
Lead large-scale transformations of complex business processes
Meet with business and technical leaders to identify and scope opportunities, outline potential value and ROI, and identify risks and constraints
Act as mentor or coach to business stakeholders by providing training and guidance
Analyze data for trends and recommend possible improvements/solutions
Project Manage process improvement projects and ensure solutions are achieved on time, on budget and within scope
Develop process architecture strategy for business units and organizations based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations
Skills required An excellent understanding of the unique issues related to matrix and direct multi-tenant environments and an ability to architect for those situations.
Experience in leading the engagement with the customer and team in process and policy areas
Highly skilled in managing all stakeholders
Manage and direct efforts within scope according to the technical and business priorities
Work with multiple vendors to support Process and policy adoption and compliance
Commercial acumen – assess the viability of each change and negotiate and explain decisions made
Work with the Client executive to manage all and any out of scope requirements and new opportunities
Ability to travel to KSA
