RA International Hiring for Procurement Administrator Job at Dubai Full Time

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company • Manage purchase administration and order processing upon request from end users without delay • Provide full admin support to the Procurement team in daily operations (Including bids & execution • Interact with suppliers to ensure high quality, competitive cost, and on-time delivery by utilizing RFI, RFP, and RFQ • Evaluate supplier proposals submit in response to RFP and develop the corresponding recommendations for awards • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends • Perform data entry and ensure all documents are properly filed and managed in SharePoint • Create and maintain all procurement-related databases • Assist the Logistics department when required • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have experience in facility management background of Purchasing Assistant or similar role. • Good understanding of supply chain procedures. • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Knowledge of market research • Solid organizational skills BSc in Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field.
