About the Role:
Responsibilities
- Provide analysis and reporting of operational performance
- Monitor and provide reporting on team performance
- Ensure that all financial and operational processes are aligned with strategic plans
- Establish and maintain quality standards
- Participate in the annual planning process
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement changes to non-efficient processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
