Operations Manager

As part of our growth, we are hiring a Senior Operations manager to build our infrastructure, processes and expand our activity globally.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Own & scale Operations (customer support, payroll, external partners, on-boarding, etc.)
- Build the most efficient global network of EORs/payroll/benefit partners
- Put in place SLAs and OKRs to achieve operational excellence
- Plan and execute the launch of operations in new countries
- Be able to execute quickly and reiterate
- Build a world-class team – provide daily guidance & coaching
- Perform market research & draft the best operational setups
- Conduct project financial analysis
- Design internal process
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working in an operational role in a high-growth startup
- Demonstrated strong ability to lead daily operations and work on multiple initiatives, we are looking for a doer
- Analytical and structured, you are an ace of data analysis
- Experience managing a team
- Experience/knowledge in SAAS and Fintech industries
- Master’s degree or MBA from a top-tier university / Business School
- Fluent English / command of another European major language or Arabic is a plus
