Main responsibilities:
- Participate in the sourcing and recruitment of National talents for the business requirements in coordination with the HR Business Partners
- Develop and organize the delivery of direct Emiratization orientation and training programs for employees.
- Provide inputs to enable the Section Manager to prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Propose and execute Emiratization Programs for Nationals at all levels to fill competence gaps and increase Nationals’ readiness to meet the Group’s requirements.
- Monitor, analyze, evaluate, and record training activities and programs for training effectiveness.
- Support the creation of an Emiratization Mentoring Program for the development of Nationals and guide them through their career to increase their performance and engagement.
