Qureos Hiring for HR and Admin Executive Job at Dubai Full Time

• Responsible for the recruitment process from filling vacancies to completing the recruitment process. – Prepare offer / appointment letters as well as completing the induction procedures put in place by the company. – Prepares appraisal letters after conducting a management review with line managers / MD. – Maintains an updated set of records that include personnel files for all employees (new and existing) as well as an updated manpower list. Which will include but not be limited to the following; Leave records, entitlements and paid/unpaid leave Calculations of leave settlements End of service benefits (EOSB) for resigned/terminated or for employees at the end of their contract Administers employee support functions like discussions, redressal of issues, leave issues and management interfaces – Updates employees on management directives and policies vide internal memos and on the notice board – Issues letters of sanction, commendation, etc. as well as maintaining the Employee Code of Conduct (ECOC). – Creates and maintains a regular set of usable forms to address all HR concerns – Assists in the implementation and maintenance of complete ISO 9001 procedures pertaining to HR. Will be an integral part of the core ISO 9001 Implementation Team. – Any other HR functions that may need to be addressed from time to time. – Maintain and regularly update company Organizational Chart (OC). – Ensure total control over Company Insurances and timely update of the same
