As Commis I for Vietnamese Restaurant, we rely on you to:
Assist the daily operation of the kitchen
Reflect the Shangri-la philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to our customers
Ensure food portioning, serving, requisitions and receiving from stores are properly controlled
Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service according to the standards required by the management
We are looking for someone who:
Diploma / Certification in Culinary or equivalent
Experience in a luxury hotel / Vietnamese Restaurant
Passionate, creative and attention to detail
Good communication skills in English
