About The Role:
Account Executive – Arabic Speaker
Our company is looking for an Account Executive to be responsible for closing new logos and delivering on his/her quota.
Duties will include understanding the prospect’s key pain points in terms of call center solutions and positioning Ziwo as a premium call center solution which means, executing on sales demos as well as negotiating contracts. This position is a pure sales job focused on new business, once the deal is closed, it should be handed over to the relevant Customer Success Manager.
Successful candidates shall be strongly self-driven to achieve their goals, have strong sales acumen as well as be quick learners in Terms of telecom/tech concepts.
This role is based in Dubai, an internet city, and will be reporting to the Head of Sales.
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker
- Min 2-4 year’s experience in B2B SaaS business, ideally in telephony or CRM field
- A good understanding of the sales process
- Champion mindset and unparalleled ‘’Will win’’ attitude
- Quick learner of Telecom/IT concepts
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ideally worked in Customer service/CX field or CRM environment
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Attending leads generated by the marketing team
- Generating own leads when necessary
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Deliver world-class discovery/sales demo meetings
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Visiting clients to deliver sales presentations when necessary
- Executing great handovers to the customer success team
- Maintaining client records in the CRM.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
