All our products are proudly manufactured in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands.About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team. You will provide essential sales and after-sales support while managing administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. This role demands robust communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to function both independently and collaboratively.Responsibilities: Manage a wide array of customer interactions, including inbound and outbound calls, product queries, financial tasks, quotations, order processing and invoicingMaintain and operate ERP and CRM systems diligently.Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.Manages accounts receivables processes Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative assistant role.Proficient with ERP and CRM systems, as well as Microsoft Office 365.Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.Service-oriented, able to handle stress, and adaptable to varying demands.Keen attention to detail with a process- and procedure-driven approach.Excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude.Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.Technical product affinity is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Residency in Dubai.
