Responsibilities:
Responding to emergency roadside assistance requests promptly and efficiently.
Providing tire changes, jump-starts, fuel deliveries, lockout assistance, and towing services as needed.
Assessing the situation, diagnosing issues, and offering appropriate solutions to clients.
Ensuring the safety of yourself, clients, and the vehicles involved during service calls.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all service activities.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid UAE driver’s license.
Fluent communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is a plus).
Previous experience in roadside assistance is required.
Demonstrated ability to sell batteries and negotiate with customers effectively.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in using WhatsApp and credit card machines for transactions is necessary.
