REQUIREMENTS• Welcoming and assisting visitors/clients.• Updating the call list and visitors list• Handling Front desk reception duties such as answering calls, screening, forwarding incoming phone calls, and performing other tasks such as filing, photocopying, etc.• Maintaining and Performing General Office administration duties• Ensuring a safe and orderly reception area• Assisting colleagues with their administrative tasks.• Book the meeting room(s) based on in house staff request•Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email regarding the product/property or any other inquiries• Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock• Listing and updating Properties on the CRM and other portals like Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubbizle.• Coordinating with the brokers for their listings and arranging the viewings for respective properties.• Generating client leads to buy, and sell, the properties• Candidates must have work experience in the same field for at least 2 years in the UAE• Should have good MS Office Knowledge (Excel & Word)• Better have skill in Photo-shop and Light-room and video cut app. SKILLS:• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.• Should have good written and verbal communication skills• Prior experience in Marketing in the real estate industry.• Must be proactive and presentable.• Professional
