Position Description
QIAGEN offers a broad and comprehensive portfolio of instruments and consumables solutions for the infectious disease molecular testing. From manual and automatic extractions, PCR instruments, syndromic testing and MDx high throughput systems for genetic, infectious disease (Covid-19) and women Health .
To strengthen our Infectious Disease regional team, with special focus in Life Science & Molecular Applications, we are recruiting for a Life Science and Molecular Diagnostic Sales Applications Specialist who will work closely with the local Sales Managers primarily in Middle East and Africa. The Infectious Diseases Sales Applications Specialist will drive both pre-sales and post-sales activities for all the MDx products in the defined territory according to the country action plans and ultimately supporting the sales of QIAGEN IDXP solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Position Requirements
– Essential;- 2-3 years lab/working experience on infectious diseases routine testing, or as an application specialist with similar technologies, with high throughput instruments. Proven work experience in sales and developing customer relationships.
