Key Responsibilities:

• Provides direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocols and procedures, including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and assessment.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care in electronic medical records.
• Provides patient and family education regarding the patient’s condition, treatment plan, and follow-up care.
• Actively participates in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection and analysis, to promote patient safety and satisfaction.
• Adheres to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control, safety, and security protocols.
• Participates in ongoing professional development and education to maintain knowledge and skills required for the position.

Job Details :

• Current nursing license from Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in acute care nursing.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and move patients and equipment.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the job, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods of time.
