- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English language as well.

Key responsibilities include:
- Understand Amazon Direct Fulfillment program and services and support vendors on day- to-day operations.
- Work with vendors and carriers to set and meet milestones to deliver high-quality operational performance.
- Communicate via email and telephone also with physical visit to vendors and provide first line support on operations questions.
- Maintain quality by enforcing Amazon’s Policy Guidelines with vendors.
- Participate in other special projects/assignments as necessary.
- Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Previous relevant experience in a customer/vendor service environment preferred.
- Background in Project Management, Analysis in a retail /E-commerce industry
- Desired skill-sets – MS Office Application Excel, ability to work with many tools / platforms.
- Desire to expand skills into new areas.
