Job summary

We are looking for a Senior- Program Manager in our regional PXT team who is able to partner across functions and businesses to enable new business initiatives and transformations from an HR point of view. This role requires both strategic and hands-on leadership, developing, implementing and executing standard HR processes, and tools, as well as anticipating risks and managing complex issues towards resolution. The role requires comfort with data and analytics. The role will scale up to look at programs collaborating with HR teams across the region.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Leading and driving process improvements (short-term gains) as well as process design/redesign efforts (long-term wins) and maintaining close relationships with our internal stakeholders in order to understand our highest priority execution pain-points and opportunities, and translate them into initiatives that improve processes and systems.
• Executing priorities through process improvement initiatives, kaizen events, and supporting critical programs and projects.
• Creating and implementing a robust roadmap to drive continuous improvement, including ensuring prioritization based on an ongoing assessment of impact, and continued stakeholder input, while dynamically leading business and operations teams to deliver solutions, and building mechanisms to ensure effective implementation.
• Identifying and analyzing data and anecdotal input to identify and isolate issues, test solutions and prioritize competing program opportunities.
• Be the caretaker for global best practice documentation and facilitate sharing across teams globally.
• Managing multiple parallel projects and maximizing resource utilization for the greater good of the organization.
• Remaining flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas, and always working backwards from the customer’s experience.
