Key job responsibilities
This is a key role in the MENA PXT team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Role is expected to drive synergies through coordinating with business and respective line HR leaders
- Role ensures we are improving on our response SLAs, Customer Experience and HR Processes
- Role will drive MBRs to share insights across common areas and business specific areas
- Role will drive efficiencies and drive continuous improvements in various processes across the HRP operating model in MENA
- role provides regular coaching and feedback to help grow individual functional skills and leadership capability, with support from senior managers
Role is responsible for key needle moving efforts that contribute to success of business
- Role acts as a proactive and productive liaison/partner within the MENA teams
- In conjunction with the HR Business Partners and HRPs, creates and implements training plans for managers, learning and development needs (i.e. participating in and conducting needs analysis, skills development, cross-training, etc.)
- works on deploying those training plans across the organization and measuring impact thus leading to org development
- Contributes towards MENA business results and upskilling of talent basis insights from HRP/HRBP deep dives
· Degree in Human Resources with about 5-7 years’ work experience, · This role will require 25% travel to other location in MEA · Ability to analyze organization and individual needs and create the most cost-effective package to meet them · Proven ability to use initiative in carrying out tasks ·
