Job Title: Global Mobility Consultant – Sales Agent – IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY!!Location: Business Bay, DubaiJob Type: Full-timeWorking Hours: Monday to Saturday (09am to 03pm/03pm to 09pm)Job Responsibilities:Meet or exceed the monthly sales targets per month.Communicate and educate clients about our immigration services, answering their inquiries, and addressing any concerns they may have.Explain the features and benefits of our services to potential customersWork closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesPrepare and present tailored immigration solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.Collaborate with the team to gather and process the required documents and assist clients in completing the necessary paperwork.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the immigration process.Stay updated on the latest immigration policies, regulations, and procedures for European countries to effectively advise clients.Attend regular sales training sessions and actively participate in team meetings to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and initiatives to attract potential clients and increase brand visibility.Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements and contribute to the continuous development of sales strategies.Requirements:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.Proactive and target-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Exceptional negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively close sales and overcome objections.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage client records and documentation.Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management software.A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
