PurpleGlo is looking for a hands-on Account Manager!

Job Requirements:

• Execute activations A-Z based on the brief.
• Liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements
• Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
• Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, production, AV, branding & etc.)
• coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget
• Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently
• produce post-event evaluation to inform future events
• research opportunities for new clients and events.
• Coordinate promoters and brief team accordingly
• Coordinate the schedule of logistics, maintenance and warehouse department.
• Preparation of Request for proposal documents
• Provide logistical support for project activities; including transport for client visits, events such-as workshops, meetings, etc.
• Ensuring great partnerships with suppliers and clients;
• Ensuring timely, efficient and effective procurement of goods, services and works
• Reviewing the supply chain to ensure it is efficient and effective;
• Managing the annual supplier pre-qualification exercise;
• Managing the disposal of obsolete and disposable items with authorization from the Activations Manager
• Maintain media file upload onto system after each event
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing;
• Good at negotiating, networking and dealing with numbers;
• Planning and Organizing – Sets clear and achievable goals consistent with agreed priorities for self and others
• Teamwork – Actively contributes to an effective, collegial, and agreeable team environment
• Attending Calls/Emails/Queries

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3-4 years of event management experience.
• Ability to develop effective presentations and proposals and be able to deliver these to decision makers.
• Effective networking abilities
• Confident and outgoing personality
• Having a command on Arabic language is preferred but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English is essential with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Excellent interpersonal and personal presentation skills
