The Role
We’re looking for an organised, collaborative and goal-orientated Operations Manager who wants to be part of a fast-moving technology business. You’ll be responsible for managing on the ground operations within the region for both our Spec and Stak brands respectively.
You will work closely with our HR partners to deliver an excellent and efficient service to all of our clients. You will also work closely with our technical teams to leverage where technology can assist with in-country and global scale of Operations. Your role is to be accountable for providing a high standard, digital surveying service to our customers, surveying and documenting properties, interior spaces and other large assets.
We use a combination of patent-pending proprietary hardware and software systems to capture interior spaces in high resolution and stream them to our cloud where advanced image processing algorithms render the data into high definition, comfortable to use, immersive VR experiences and other assets.
We work with a range of demanding professionals to provide services that add value to their business operations so we need an excellent field team to help our customers get a great return on their investment. You’ll be interacting with customers and their clients to offer a flawless service and act as an ambassador for our brand.

Key Responsibilities*

• Own the operations performance of Pupil’s Spec and Stak brands within the country

• Continuously assess and improve on the operational efficiency of our teams on the ground

• Work closely with our HR provider to ensure the efficiency and quality processes around hiring, training and managing our field teams

• Managing and arranging access of buildings with multiple customers whilst working around tricky operational obstacles such as building occupation and operational hours

• Manage 3rd party suppliers such as mobile data providers

• Manage all hardware and equipment needs for the teams

• Support, as needed, any office administration

Requirements
We’d like you to be a target orientated, flexible self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, constantly evolving team environment. You should be determined, organised and a natural proactive problem solver. You will be keen to learn as well as develop skills and knowledge within the real estate industry. You should be inspired by ownership and autonomy as you’ll have responsibility for ensuring our operational service in-country is up to the highest standards.

You must: *

• Have 3 years experience in project management/ operational management

• Have experience in managing and developing third party contracts including contract management

• Have first rate attention to detail and be obsessed with accuracy

• Excellent communication skills for both customers and internal stakeholders

• Show examples of problem solving

• Be numerate and fluent in English

• Be smart, presentable and comfortable in professional commercial environments.

• Be able to adapt to new situations and solve issues on the fly

• Exceptional time management and self-organisation skills
