Guest Service Experience Executive
Passionate about Guest relations? As a Guest Service Experience Executive, you will work with your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What you will be doing:
- Assist the Front Office team in preparing for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation and checks traces for any special requests of the guests.
- Provide a warm welcome to the guests, and oversee VIP arrivals and departures
- Keeps an updated record of the guests’ information in the system and handle complaints and concerns.
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
- Knowledge in Opera system
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
