Puffy is looking for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for administering the following services towards employees and their dependents, liaising with local UAE government authorities:


What you
will do:

  • Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all government-related jobs, such as employment permits, entry visas, medical examinations, Emirates ID/biometrics, and other miscellaneous jobs related to immigration, MOHRE, company trade licenses, and Ejari.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to the demands of businesses and assist employees and their families with all government-related services and procedures.
  • New employment visa, visit visas, work permits, relative work permits, temporary work permits for the employees of the company and dependents of the employees.
  • Biometrics and Emirates ID application typing and necessary assistance to employees and their dependents.
  • Timely renewal of visas, Emirates ID, work permits, and residence visas for all employees and dependents of employees without incurring fines.
  • Facilitate obtaining and renewal of expatriate passports for employees and dependents.
  • Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of visas and work permits for employees and dependents.
  • Facilitate all medical/legal/police-related procedures related to the company or any employee.
  • Monitor and timely renewal of trade license, establishment card, and Ejari of the company.
  • Administer company and joint venture companies’ licenses and tax remittances with various UAE government authorities viz., Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, and Ministry of Finance & Industries, etc.
  • Accountable for maintaining accurate records for all above services.
  • Take full responsibility for all government legislation changes and remain up to date with updates on information/documents and provide necessary guidance on the changes to senior management.
  • All urgent priority jobs must be evaluated and accomplished at short notice within assigned deadlines.
  • Other tasks may be assigned subject to changes in government regulations related to the job scope.


Ideally you will:

  • Be fluent in English & Arabic (speaking, reading & writing)
  • Have minimum 5 years of experience in UAE as a PRO
  • Know MOHRE & Immigration rules & regulations, UAE Labor Laws
  • Know UAE Government liaising & protocols.


Additional bonus skills:

  • Have resolved legal issues.
  • Understand Police clearance formalities.
  • Have strong interpersonal & communication skills.
