Your Impact:

As a full stack JavaScript engineer, you’ll play a key role in the build and delivery of digital experiences for a variety of clients and solutions across desktop, tablet, mobile and various technologies. You’ll work with very limited supervision on the ongoing day to day challenges that includes design decisions, problem solving and integration approaches.

You will closely work with the Client and program leadership to deliver solutions that are not only complex and large-scale but also industry changing and truly transformative in nature.

What are we looking for in you?

We’re looking for a seasoned full-stack JavaScript engineer capable of building strong bridges between disciplines, and advocate of best practices. You’ll demonstrate proven ability to have the drive to learn, drive team culture, build client relationships, inspire colleagues, mentor and coach others. Technically, you’ll be comfortable with modern production methodologies and build tools, and have proven experience designing and building solutions from the ground up and managing through to deployment.

Your Skills and experiences:

• Experience working in a team with a multi-disciplinary environment
• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience with HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS/POSTCSS) and JavaScript (ES5/6)
• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience with ReactJS (essential) or with another UI framework such as Angular or Vue.js
• Expertise with CSS grid systems, flex, and other layout techniques
• Expertise of application state management and available tools such as Redux, Mobx
• Expertise on building and consuming REST and GraphQL services.
• Experience in building isomorphic or universal application with ReactJS and Nodejs.
• Experience in building, consuming and maintaining a library of re-usable components leveraging tools like Lerna.js (or similar). Also experience with tools such as Storybook (or similar) can be useful.
• Experience in using, building and maintaining a System Design
• Experience with tools such as: BABEL, ESLINT, Prettier, JSDOC (or similar)
• Experience with Flow and/or Typescript
• Strong experience with build/bundlers, such as Webpack, Parcel, Rollup, GULP
• Strong experience with automation testing tools such as Jest, enzyme (or similar)
• Experience in optimizing application for performance and scalability leveraging tools such as Lighthouse, webpagetest (or similar) and the browsers inspectors
• Expertise with package managers NPM/YARN
• Strong exposure to CI/CD processes and good engineering practice (DevSecOps)
• Strong experience with NodeJS and server-side paradigms and experience with at least one framework such as ExpressJS, KoaJS, Hapijs, SailsJS etc.
• Experience in building and consuming APIs leveraging tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Good understanding and experience in developing some of the most used software architecture patterns such as: Microservices, Serviced-based architecture, Event-driven architecture etc.
• Experience with SQL and NOSQL databases
• Good understanding of Kubernetes/Docker ecosystem
