• Manage project scope, deliverables, timing, capacity planning and budget across multiple workstreams for the communication development process of multi-market
• Drive+: is the workflow tool that is used across the business and this role is expected to ensure that all projects are on Drive+ and up to date. This will be used to structure the weekly project review session with client as well as to report on the project development process ad status to highly areas for efficiency improvements
• Aware of project requirements and able to manage expectations both internally and externally
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to build the best solutions for campaigns with oversight
• Play a dual role of client advocate and internal team advocate
• Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes
• Involve team at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization
• Lead efficient meetings and conference calls
• Clear understanding of budgets and financials

• 3 years+ experience in project management
• Familiar with state of the art project management principles, processes and software (all MS tools like teams, ppt, excel, word, etc.)
• Good knowledge in the implementation of large (digital) projects including production
• High degree of customer orientation, communication skills and assertiveness, coupled with diplomatic skills and a confident appearance
• Organized and detail focused
• High level of initiative, goal orientation and ability to work in a team
