The role of a MarTech Manager is to be the SME when it comes to the entire Marketing Technology stack.

Externally, he/she will work with clients to audit their current MarTech set-up and consult them on best practices to ensure

their set-up is ideal to maximize their media ROI. Internally, he/she will own all MarTech products from an on-boarding, evolution, implementation, and on-going management.

technology, as well as a deeper understanding of consumers through a streamlined approach to analytics and reporting via proprietary tools, processes, and industry partnerships.

Main Tasks

• Provide MarTech services to clients across Publicis Media MENA brand agencies, including but not limited to, Starcom, Spark Foundry and Zenith.
• Build, consult and deploy detailed measurement architecture for clients’ digital assets
  • DataLayer structure for websites
  • Custom Events architecture to cover App Data from Firebase and paid MMP
  • Setup GA4 to stream data from website and app
• Be the platform champion for paid MMP platforms
• Be a project manager to move between dev teams, client teams and tech partners to deliver the perfect analytics tagging
• Be the technical lead and SME for all MarTech tools and support the teams on their queries and on product evolution
• Play the role of an expert/evangelist from a MarTech tools perspective for key clients
• Become the SME by obtaining the appropriate training and certifications, where available
• Manage and implement various MarTech solutions
  • Tag Management Solutions: Google Tag Manager, Dynamic Tag Manager, Tealium
  • Site Analytics solutions: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • App analytics solutions: Firebase, Adjust, Kochava, Appsflyer
  • ETL: Build pipeline to extract, transform and load data from client’s systems into CDP/DMP/ Ad Server/ Web Analytics systems
• Recognize opportunities to:
  • Elevate a client’s capabilities in campaign execution to improve campaign performance and ultimately drive their business KPIs.
  • Sell TAAG services to clients to drive their business KPIs and deliver organic growth for TAAG.
• Service MarTech based solution consulting, onboarding, strategy, and technical implementation.
• Train brand agency client teams in relevant AdTech/ MarTech tools to ensure they are self-sufficient and comfortable with the technology used for their clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with AdTech and MarTech
• Strong technical aptitude and client servicing skills, as well as deep knowledge of the prominent AdTech and MarTech:
  • Hands on experience with Tag Management Systems (Google Tag Manager, Adobe DTM, Tealium IQ)
  • Working knowledge with
    • App analytics tools App analytics solutions: Firebase, Adjust, Kochava, Appsflyer
    • Debugging tools: Charles Proxy, Xcode, Android Studio
    • Site analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • Hands on experience with an audience platform such as DMP/CDP in audience strategy, audience & campaign performance analysis, technical setups (taxonomy, 1P/ 2P data ingestion, destinations/ integrations, segmentation/ trait/ audience building)
• Proficient analytical and Excel skills.
  • Bonus Experience: Python, JavaScript, SQL and cloud services e.g., BigQuery.
• Experience as a customer-facing technical solution consultant, with:
  • High attention to detail,
  • Experience in critical problem-solving and data management techniques,
  • Ability to influence internally and externally to facilitate adoption of technology and best practices.
  • Strong communication, editing and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-pace, collaborative, and team-oriented environment, including:
  • Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
  • Managing tasks and time commitments to meet project deadlines
  • And keeping up with changing priorities and adhering to standardized processes and procedures.
