Onboarding

• Work with Operational Excellence and Manager Community & Engagement to prepare incoming newbies and understand each case and ensure a smooth onboarding programme
• Liaise with IT for IT Open Day/open hour for IT equipment and onboarding material pick up
• Organise calendar invites and meetings for new joiners and hosts
• Be the go-to contact for operational activities related to onboarding and key stakeholders i.e. IT, Talent team, Agencies, etc.
• Update all materials and resources for onboarding
• Ensure all key stakeholders hosting onboarding events are informed and prepared
• Work with Community & Engagement Manager to prepare agencies for incoming joiners
• Organise monthly new joiner gathering in all markets
• Order onboarding materials and provide regional stock update
• Collect, review and analyse onboarding and offboarding data
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to Community & Engagement Manager

Operations

• Organise invites for Community & Engagement activities regionally
• Record attendance and update the tracking dashboard.
• Pull monthly reports for agencies and markets
• Work with Talent and BI team to update the employee handbook
• Provide adhoc support to Community & Engagement on any regional events/initiatives
• Manage the Community & Engagement mailbox

• 0 to 4 years’ experience in managing talent operations, in a brand, retailer or agency
• Proven experience in delivering successful projects in complex matrixed organizations
• Strong communication skills, and ability to build relationship and gain trust, support, and respect from others
• Confident in presenting and holding a room
• Great stakeholder management skills
• An exceptional operator who is able to get stuff done and manage multiple stakeholders
• Curious, pro-active, and initiative taker
• Collaborative and strong team player
• Meticulous, attentive to details with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• A strong autonomous operator who is not afraid to test and learn new ways of working.
• Strong technical skills (Microsft Excel, Powerpoint) and the ability to learn new tools/software
• Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
• Confident with strong interpersonal skills, to be able to manage all types and levels of stakeholders
