This role will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression PSA BDP make.ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests.Answer questions and address complaints received.Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them.Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.Check, sort and forward emails.Booking of meeting rooms when required.Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary and keep updated records and filesMonitor office expenses and costsDeliver all work to a high-quality standard.Ensure Office policies and procedures are implemented and applied appropriately to all (internal and external customers), including the Policies and Procedures for ContinuousPractice Improvement and Corporate Policy Manuals.Meet agreed performance targets and standards.Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)Undertake such other duties and special assignments as may be allocated by the Manager (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)Job RequirementsQualifications / ExperienceBachelor DegreeProven experience as front desk +3 years at a minimum with logistics industryProficient in English (oral and written). Able to speak Arabic or other languages is an advantage.Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeepingEmirati National preferred
