Investment Director M&A / Financial Consultant
Duration: Approximately 3 month
Location: Dubai, UAE
Looking to support our client in the online tech and blockchain space, to appoint a Financial Consultant on a temporary basis, to work here in Dubai, to help understand and summarise for each company/product/investment:
- Investments to date
- Additional investments required
- Operating costs
- Budgets and,
- All other financial implications
The type of profile should come from M&A, Private Equity and/or Venture Capital as summarised below:
- MBA in accounting, finance, or economics
- 7+ years of M&A, PE, equity research and/or Venture Capital experience
- Experience in investment banking and financial consulting
- Knowledge on blockchain.
