HR Manager

Industry: Construction – Contracting

Location: UAE – Dubai

We are supporting a major construction contracting firm to identify a new HR & Admin Manager to be based in Dubai.

Required Profile:

12+ years in HR with a proven track record of professional HR work experience in the construction (contracting) industry here in the UAE.

Must have UAE construction (specifically in contracting) experience.

Well rounded in HR with expertise across the different HR subjects, such as; strategic HR, talent mapping, recruitment & selection (blue and white collar), performance management, compensation & benefits.

Expertise in UAE labour laws

Degree education in HRM or Business Administration or equivalent

Any specific industry recognised HR qualifications
