Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and quotations.Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors effectively.Perform accurate measurements and dimensions calculations.Interpret architectural and construction drawings proficiently.Prepare calculations and formulas necessary for project BOQs.Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.Collaborate with various departments and team members to coordinate tasks.Candidate Qualifications and Skills:At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in the UAE, specifically in preparing BOQs within the construction or landscaping sectors.Proficient in design software, particularly Microsoft Office.Basic understanding of AutoCAD and SketchUp for quantity measurements.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Fluency in English is essential (both spoken and written).Job Type: Full-timeCompensation: AED per monthExperience Requirements:2 years of experience in preparing BOQs in construction (Required).1 year of experience with Microsoft Office (Required).This position is offered by Precision Hire Solution.
