Here, you will have the opportunity to:Make a significant impact while shaping your career in an organization that prioritizes expansion.Be part of a community that understands the importance of including diverse perspectives and ideas to achieve our collective goals.Work in an environment that emphasizes sustainability and promotes a culture focused on safety.Engage with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that encourage collaboration among employees with shared interests, enhancing our inclusive workplace.Utilize various knowledge-sharing platforms to boost collaboration and engagement across the organization.Your ResponsibilitiesAdhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all, while supporting our commitment to continuous improvement in safety, health, and environmental performance.Participate in the Quality Improvement Process, devising strategies to ensure flawless execution of tasks by adopting a ‘right the first time’ approach.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standard operating procedures.Lead market research and vendor development initiatives for direct materials in the EH region.Work extensively on alternative sourcing strategies to reduce dependency on single sources and enhance supplier capabilities.Act as a liaison for the procurement function, coordinating with cross-functional teams for the Alternative Supplier Approval Process.Oversee the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process for new projects and product setups.Lead Supplier Quality Management initiatives from the procurement perspective for the EH region.Prepare detailed procurement performance reports, identifying opportunities for improvement in safety and quality.Establish and maintain individual objectives that align with weekly, monthly, and yearly goals, actively pursuing achievement.QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.A minimum of 3 years of experience in direct materials procurement within the Chemical or Oil & Gas industries.Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI Dashboard.
