You will report to a senior leader within one of our Organization Units. Your work might span across local or regional scopes and projects.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Involved in ad-hoc analytics projects, synthesizing data from different sources in a compelling way
• Create regular reports to enable business decisions in timely manner from different sources of data
• Run analysis ranging from simple matrix by collecting information from business teams to complex analysis (using cleaning, processing, combining, transforming, visualizing data from multiple systems)
• Support on Budget Management, Stewardship, Purchases and Information Security compliance, and liaise with external parties as needed
• Coordinate Onboarding and Offboarding logistics for employees, interns and contractors

Qualifications

We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Information Technology or any relevant major
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Hands on experience in Advanced Excel, Power BI, MATLAB, Application of BI Tools (Javascript, Oracle), Business Intelligence application (data cleaning, processing, analysis, visualization), KNIME, Python, and R
• Meticulous and organized; able to execute and meet deadlines
• Ability to manage projects independently, and deliver tasks with a sense of urgency
• Excellent written and spoken interpersonal skills; ability to work across cultures and with diverse range of people
• Flexible and accessible during peak periods of work
• Attention to details to spot data gaps or inaccuracies
• Ability to build strong networks within the business, agency partners, and A&I organization.
• Team oriented, open to new ideas; shares own knowledge, collaborates well with others and is willing to seek help accordingly
