Procore Technologies Hiring for MENA Product Marketing Manager (Arabic Speaking) Job at Dubai Full Time

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a focus on Audience and Solutions Marketing to join Procore’s growing EMEA Marketing team in Dubai. As our first Product Marketer in the MENA region, you’ll help shape Procore’s go-to-market from the ground up. You’ll dive deep into our target audience, speaking to customers and prospects, gathering market intelligence through research, and becoming an expert in the construction industry.

This role reports to our Senior Marketing Director, EMEA and will be based in Dubai with our growing MENA team. Travel will be required.

What you’ll do:

• Be the voice of Procore’s customers in MENA and the regional audience expert for MENA construction and construction technology to the rest of the Procore business

• Work closely with the EMEA Campaigns Team to develop effective campaigns by providing clear audience segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging

• Provide the MENA Sales team with talk tracks, content, and assets they need to convert prospects into customers effectively

• Enable internal and external stakeholders, such as PR agencies, content creators, and creative agencies with messaging guidance

• Partner with your colleagues in the Global Product and Solutions Marketing team

• Continuously monitor sales funnel metrics to identify where and why we are winning and losing and how to improve conversion rates

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience

• 7+ years of SaaS/B2B/high-tech marketing experience

• Ability to work in Dubai

• Written and oral fluency in English and Arabic is a must – French also desirable

• Experience performing a Product Marketing or similar role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
