The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and be well-versed with Microsoft Office, telephone systems, and other front-desk responsibilities.Responsibilities:Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriatelyOffers coffee/tea/water to the visitorsNotifies company staff of visitor arrivalMaintains telephone systems and takes messages to redirect them to the concerned recipient in a timely mannerDirects visitors by maintaining employee and department directoriesMaintaining the general office filing system, both online and offlineOperating all office equipment regularly e.g. the copy machine, printer, computer etc.Maintains a clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsSupports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions irregularities, and continuing needsQualifications and requirements:Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar positionSelf-motivated, proactive and organisedFamiliarity with phone systemsPrevious experience with Microsoft Office software preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCurrently available for an interview in Dubai
