RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile different types of accounts.
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
- Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
- Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management.
- Assist with tax audits and tax returns(INDIA)
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting field
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- In-depth understanding of India’s accounting process
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like Xero Zoho books, etc.preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Preferably qualified CA/ACCA(NOT MANDATORY)
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Preferably under husband’s visa but not a must
