As a Telesales Agent for Prime Delta, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential commercial and residential clients to promote our sports broadcasting channels and packages. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into satisfied customers who can enjoy the best sports content on television.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential customers through various lead sources, including lists, referrals, and cold calling.
– Sales Calls: Initiate outbound sales calls to commercial and residential leads to present our services, answer questions, and address concerns.
– Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations that highlight the benefits of our sports channels, including exclusive content, HD quality, and competitive pricing.
– Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and post-sales support.
