Description:
AutoCAD Draughtsman / Quantity Surveyor required with minimum 5 years UAE experience in Building Construction and maintenance.
– The candidate must be proficient and well versed in reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements including management and optimization of material costs. Must have knowledge in AutoCAD quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, contract preparation and must have excellent grasp in the English language for correspondence.
– The candidate must have excellent experience and knowledge in designing CAD models using AutoCAD software (2D & 3D).
– Any interior designing experience using relevant software will be seen as a positive.
