Premium Choice Hiring for Technical Project Lead – Web Job at Dubai Full Time

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Project Lead to oversee all project operations from inception to execution. You will Report to the Project Director.

The candidate must be highly organized and should be able to multitask successfully under pressure.

Responsibilities;

– Analyze requirements, prepare project plan, and track project execution.

– Be able to convert business requirements to technical specifications.

– Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones. Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.

– Hold regular meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects

– Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables and keep management updated on the same.

– Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.

– Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the company

– Proactively escalate and highlight road blocks to management

Qualification;

Master’s Degree [Do not apply if you do not have a master’s degree]

Skills sets required;

– 7 Years of experience in IT, project management or a related field.

– Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods

– Experience in mentoring and coaching skills

– Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

– Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising development teams

– Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

– Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

– Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

– Excellent computer literacy skills.

– Ability to problem-solve under pressure.

– Attention to detail.

– Ability to deal with constantly changing technology

Technical skills sets required;

– Hands on experience working on internet technologies such as HTML5, JavaScripts, VueJS, PHP and databases.

– Laravel development experience is a must and should be able to code when required.

– Experience working on some of these frameworks will be added advantage. Zend Framework, CodeIgniter etc.

– Hands on experience working on various CMS like, Wordpress, Joomla etc.

– Hands on experience implementing websites, online & e-commerce applications, portals, payment gateways and mobile apps.

– Hands on experience working on multilingual, responsive and adaptive websites is a must

– Experience in writing technical specifications, cms user manuals and taking CMS training sessions.

– Working knowledge of Jira, Github, Bitbucket etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
