Key Accountabilities:Perform general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and arrange daily driver scheduleProvide administrative service to supervisor to streamline and organize work.Perform data entry job by collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records for easy and on time retrieval:Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.Scan documents and print files, when needed.Keep information confidential.Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.Comply with data integrity and security policies.Perform clerical duties including photocopy, process forms, maintain office files and records.Maintain various forms (hard copy and/or electronic) of documentation such as reports, presentations, and e-mails as required by the supervisor and or team members to retrieve data efficiently and timely.Facilitates and liaises with internal communications on awareness campaigns and programs such as HR cascades, Health & awareness sessions, etc.-Maintain an adequate level of office suppliesPerforms other duties assigned by the manager / Head of the departmentComply with the Company Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Policies.Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 international standards and execute all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.Essential Requirements And CompetenciesShould have completed a minimum of one year in the current departmentCandidate should be free of any outstanding warnings or disciplinaryCandidate should be FC02 & AboveHigher Secondary Certificate or equivalent qualification.Minimum 2 years* experience in a similar administrative assistant roleKnowledge of relevant software applications including MS OfficeProficient in use of email and internetGood numeracy skillsAccurate keyboard skillsKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresGood inter-personal people skills are important because information clerks deal with the publicDesirable Requirements and CompetenciesAbility to collaborate cross functionally and at all levels and team-based approach including ability to positively manage conflictHigh level of commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability to changeThis job has been sourced from an external job board.More jobs on https://www.qureos.com/
