Assistant Manager Treasury is required for pre-engineered steel building Company based in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate must have proven experience of Working Capital Management, Liquidity Funding, Import Export LCs, Guarantees, Property, Credit and Indemnity Insurance etc. Experience of working in Free Zones will be a plus.
Job Description
– Liaison with Banks for Working capital Facility requirements or Funding related requirements.
– Monitoring and review of renewal of credit facilities with Banks.
– Monitor bank Credit Facilities on daily basis i.e., OD facility, import LC facility, documents discounting facility, loan facility, guarantees facility, LBD/EBD discounting facility etc.
– Develop and maintain positive relationship with banks.
– Monitor Inwards, Outwards and Inter Bank funds Transfers.
– Manage local appropriate hedging of forex and interest rate exposures.
– Review of Export LC, Import LC, Amendment requests, LC negotiations and Various Guarantees as per the sales & purchase requirements.
– Manage local day-to-day cash management requirements and working capital positions to ensure efficient use of funds and appropriate levels of liquidity and headroom, advise on appropriate utilization of lines for purchases and settlements.
– Cash Flow forecasting: Priorities & decide steps to satisfy payment obligations in order to minimize mismatch between fund inflows and outflows.
– Preparing Projected Cash Flow for 3-6 months roll over basis for Management purpose and for Banks purpose.
– Monitoring over dues and collections efforts.
– Follow up Debtors outstanding with all our Area offices and follow up with Delinquent customers Legal Cases and negotiating settlement agreements as per Credit policy
– Liaison with Sales team and assist them related to export LC matter, LG requirements and help them to provide financial data’s for obtaining the contract at favorable terms.
– If required attending meeting with customer along with sales for finance related matter.
– Coordinating with relevant departments for releases the Jobs for fabrication and shipment.
– Reviewing sales revenue.
– Liaison with Credit Insurance Company regarding the credit cover of new projects and customers, renewal and regular declaration of turnover.
– Liaison with various insurance companies and brokers for renewal and maintenance of General Policies of Company, e.g., PAR policy, Marine policy, Professional indemnity, money, fidelity and credit insurance.
– Assisting external auditor and internal auditor regarding various financial matters.
