We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. You should have at least 2 years’ experience. Location: Al Barsha 1
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategy, including SEO (on/off page), SEM, marketing database, and display advertising campaigns
- Maximize reputation, awareness and reach through innovative digital marketing approaches
- Build and optimize tracking funnels based on campaigns executed
- Work towards weekly and monthly KPIs
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Write high-quality SEO Blogs for brands’ websites
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives and achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns both on social media and google
- Develop, Executive and Manage email marketing campaigns (MailChimp)
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s website search engine results rankings including link building strategy.
- Change website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Create and update weekly and monthly reports – including leads generated from digital marketing activities, paid and organic, conversion rates, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, etc.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a digital marketing position
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints and Wix, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
- Market research capabilities for competitor reviews
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn new skills
- Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Good time management and prioritizing capabilities, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines
- Team player with positive attitude. Should display personal drive to succeed and achieve
- Dynamic and confident individual
- Good understand of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED5,500.00 per month
