*Excellent skills with computers (knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Photoshop)

*Fast-learner

*Organized and keen attention to details

*Can multitask

* UAE DRIVING LICENSE

* KNOWLEDGE OF UAE MARKET

*KNOWLEDGE OF HOTEL INDUSTRY/WASTE MANAGEMENT WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE

* ARABIC KNOWLEDGE WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE

*Can establish good working relationship with clients

*Resourceful

*Can work independently and with less supervision

*Knowledge in Accounting is added advantage

*Can start immediately

*Applicants on Visit Visa preferred

Responsibilities include:

*Managing the office operations such as attending to phone calls, document filing, etc

*Managing the company’s social media accounts such as LinkedIn and Facebook for Marketing

*Support the team in providing documents needed

*Primary source of contact for customers as well as teammates.
