Customer Service Manager – Female only
Eligibility:
- Must be post graduate in Marketing / Healthcare Administration / Healthcare Education.
- Must have good experience in Dubai especially in the Healthcare as Call Center Manager / Customer Service Lead role – managing team of call center, patient reception and billing.
- Must have hands on experience in Clinic Operations, insurance and Billing, DHA regulations in the clinic etc.
- Must be Arabic speaker / Western / native of English speaker /Native of Arabic.
- Immediate Joining will be considered.
