Plum Jobs Looking for FinTech Payments Integration Manager at Dubai Full Time

Job Description

Our client is a well-established international FX broker and online trading platform and as part of their growth, we are recruiting an Integration Specialist with extensive experience of FOREX payment gateways in the FinTech sector to join their UAE team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the project management of third-party onboarding and technical integration from discovery through to pilot launch and go-live to deliver a seamless integration.

It is mandatory to have related experience in FX trading, CFDs, FOREX, FinTech, payments, financial services, digital wallets, digital loyalty programs, retail banking sectors.

Role Summary

• Carry out risk assessments on potential partner integrations and troubleshoot technical issues which may arise during integrations.
  
• Be the voice of the merchants and will provide their perspectives on product, operational, launch and support roadmaps for new products and solutions.
  
• Lead the technical integration and project manage third-party onboarding and launch activities for new gateway solutions for payment gateway partners.
  
• Support the development, integration and certification of merchant solutions during their integration.
  
• Identify and implement improvements to existing merchant training and materials.
  
• Create training content for internal and third-party sales team training on integrated products.
  

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 7+ years’ experience in Project managing the technical integration throughout the implementation life cycle to ensure a smooth merchant onboarding.
  
• Strong working knowledge of merchant services, gateway, acquiring and payments acceptance.
  
• Experience in high quality project management and working with third party providers to facilitate technology integrations across different verticals and technical platforms.
  

Candidate Profile

• Currently living in the United Arab Emirates
  
• Fluent in English
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with a professional work ethic.
  

Education
