Our client an award winning and fast-growing corporate events company and we are recruiting a UAE experienced sales coordinator to join their Dubai team.
The role is responsible for responding to client enquiries, preparing quotations and following up for confirmation, liaising with clients and supporting the sales and operations teams.
Role Summary
Prepare sales quotes and tenders for new business and add-on transactions.
Serve as the first line of contact with the customer to action order changes, cancellations, expedite and resolve booking discrepancies, chargebacks, and payment issues.
Respond to new business leads and call existing customer for repeat business.
Contact customers for promotions and opportunities.
Send email campaigns to clients.
Maintain CRM data integrity; prepare sales activity reports.
Research venues for events and completing vendor registrations.
Prepare invoices and follow up for payments.
Post social media content on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
4+ years’ UAE experience as an inside sales executive or sales coordinator in the events, marketing or brand activations industry.
Strong experience in client facing sales support using a consultative sales approach.
Sales support, customer service and order processing with a strong sense of urgency, accuracy and customer focus; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
UAE driving license is an advantage.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the UAE – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English – must be able to write and speak professional English.
Professional telephone manner, appearance and work style.
Confident with an outgoing personality.
