The platform is a medium for the organizers to sell tickets for their events; it offers operational and marketing services, and currently sells over 85% of all tickets in the market.

Platinumlist.net dominates the entertainment & tourist industries ticketing market, but with a greater ambition to become a more comprehensive entertainment hub and growing wider with its’ products’ offering (F&B deals, marketing services, becoming a news channel), the company is looking for a marketing professional with technical knowledge, who is thrilled by dynamic events environment, as well as driven by conversion numbers and analytics results. The team offices are based in Dubai, Ukraine, KSA and Egypt and 50% of the team works on a remote basis. The marketing team is based in Dubai in Emaar Business Park.

We are looking for a creative marketing executive who can play a vital role in departments day-to-day planning and scheduling tasks, such as emails, sms, banners creation and scheduling for clients’e events and internal promotion strategies.

Our ideal candidate will have a knowledge in marketing automation CRMs, have basic design skills to create the email templates and understand e-commerce website working principles. What would be expected from You:

• Handle the creation and scheduling of campaigns on available marketing channels (emails, SMSes, banners, digital channels, app push notifications, etc.) to maximize events and attractions sales revenue.
• Assist with clients’ communication regarding the scheduling and reporting of the campaigns.
• Assist with admin and support tasks – such as keeping the minutes of meetings, writing articles for customer support, replying to reviews on Google and App stores, etc.
• Create / update the presentations / company profiles materials.
• Help with events / attractions descriptions’ content when required.
• Administrate events’ listing on the website in terms of approvals, content, positioning, etc.

A detailed breakdown of Your daily/weekly responsibilities:

• Daily review and analysis of all the website’s products on sale – checking products’ positioning on the website, content relevancy, technical process of buying a ticket.
• Planning and scheduling marketing activities for new/existing products on sale: internal strategy of promoting events + clients’ packages campaigns allocation (our in-house channels).
• Meeting / advising the clients when required to explain our marketing campaigns, understand clients’ needs and involve them in our promotional strategies.
• Reporting to management for performance in the scope of your KPIs.
• Overlooking company’s branding materials – in terms of brand book, corporate style, logo usage, creatives standardization, etc.
