Plastic Manufacturing Company Hiring for Administrative Assistant Job at Dubai Full Time

A manufacturing company in DIP is looking for an administrative assistant with experience in daily management of Amazon online marketplace account in addition to other administrative assistance roles. Candidate to be proactive, independent and eager to learn.

The applicant should have the following traits:

1. Good character and work ethics.

2. Strong computer literacy and skills including the following:

– Strong Excel Knowledge.

– Experience in managing existing E-commerce portals (e.g. Amazon, Noon etc.)

– Well-rounded strong computer use.

3. Multitasking Abilities to handle and follow-up on multiple admin issues.

4. Ability to work under pressure when required.

5. Having good corporate culture from experience in previous jobs.

6. Having good communication & organizational skills.

7. The following may be a plus:

• General knowledge in basic accounting.
• Experience in coordination in sales/marketing.
• Social media experience in advertising and other.
• Driving license is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
