We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our client’s team as the Head of HR for a group of companies within the retail, FMCG, and automotive industries. As the Head of HR, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives.Responsibilities:Develop and execute HR strategies and policies that align with the overall business goals and objectives of the group of companiesLead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR servicesOversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and offboardingImplement and maintain effective HR processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiencyEnsure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulationsPartner with senior management to provide strategic HR advice and support on organizational development, succession planning, and change management initiativesDrive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture through the development and implementation of employee recognition programs and initiativesManage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledgeStay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes and practices within the group of companiesProven experience as an HR leader or in a similar senior HR role in a group of companiesStrong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulationsExcellent leadership and people management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsStrategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies and initiativesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrityProficient in HRIS and other HR softwareBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferredIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving HR excellence and have a proven track record in leading HR functions, we would love to hear from you.
