Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.2. Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain and update office records and documents. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.3. Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual. Handle general questions and concerns promptly and professionally.4. Office Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication. Maintain office supplies and reorder as necessary.5. Other Duties: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and copying. Assist in the organization of office events and meetings.Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher preferred). Proven experience in a customer-facing or administrative role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
