Job Responsibilities:

• Calling customers and updating them about the company’s services, or seasonal fest/camps.
• Addressing any customer queries and complaints
• Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences
• Maintaining and updating database with customer information
• Fulfilling the monthly and yearly sales target
• Creating and presenting detailed sales reports
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry developments and company offers
• Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
• Researching prospects and generating leads.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a Sales Executive/Telesales Executive
• Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantage.
• Proven experience working as a Sales executive.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Females preferred with sponsored visa.
